Mother's Day

We had a very happy Mother's Day here.  This year was a little more relaxed than our first Mother's Day last year, but it was a sweet day with my girl.

Friday morning at school, we had a "Muffins with Mom" event.

 Helen Claire was very sweet and was excited to have a snack in the big room with mommy before class.

They made a flower pot craft at school, and she gave me hers that afternoon... such a sweet baby girl.

We had to take a few minutes to talk to the "pint" flowers...

Sunday, my mother was in town, so we headed to V. Richards for brunch then went outlet shopping.  

We had a good day and just chilled and had coffee multiple times...pretty much the perfect Sunday in my book!

Jonathan was sweet to us all and gave us a great day, and for me, Mother's Day just keeps getting better and better each year.  Thanks, Helen Claire, for making me a mommy!  I love you!
