Helen Claire Weekly and Onesie Wednesday

So it looks like I'm playing catch up again this week. Here are some pictures of Helen Claire at 22 and 23 weeks and her Onesie Wednesday from last week. She is so fun lately. She LOVES the dog, which is why she is about to jump out of the chair in the first picture. Anytime Jordan is in the room, Helen Claire has tunnel vision! She is such a happy girl, and she is laughing, rolling, jumping in her exersaucer and smiling all the time!

Thank you Granny Helen for this super sweet onesie. She loved the little ruffle on the neck.

Helen Claire got to tailgate at Samford on Saturday, and we took some pictures on campus and with Mr. Beeson.

She was such a good girl for the tailgate and had fun looking at everyone. Her personality is really starting to come out more and more. She is outgoing and loves to meet new people. She is pleasant unless something is really wrong. She is independent- lately, she wants to hold her passi herself and put it in her mouth all by herself. She will keep herself awake taking her passi in and out of her mouth over and over again. She has decided that she is too much of a big girl for her bouncy seat... check out how she "sits" in it now. It is hard to tell in the picture, but she basically just sits straight up in the seat, with no support from the actual bouncy chair.

She also has started rocking herself when she is in the crib. She will rock her little head from side to side until she falls asleep. She is funny and likes to be a clown. She will do anything if she thinks we are laughing at it. Right now, she will say "hi" or "hey" (kind of) and then she gets tickled because we laugh at her. She is very ticklish, especially on her neck, and will laugh and laugh if we blow raspberries there. She still likes to cuddle at night and when she first wakes up in the morning- it takes her a little while to get going- and that is my favorite part of the day. She still wakes up once at night, but she is a happy, healthy baby, and we are very thankful.

Helen Claire and her Unk have the same hairdo now :) (This was just for you Josh- we love you)! And I know she is broken out in this picture, so please don't be concerned... I called the pediatrician the very next morning. Nothing was wrong, and the little spots disappeared on their own.
We are having so much fun with her and can't wait to see everyone at home later this week. Helen Claire and I get to stay for an extra week, and we are so excited!!!
